When I think back to all the help my fellow teachers gave me when I first starting in the profession, I am profoundly grateful.  It was so hard to be new.  Here I was having to teach three different high school English preps, manage all the planning and grading, and try to be confident with the material-It was incredibly hard.  I'll be honest:  I didn't know how long I would make it.

        Luckily, my department was committed to helping new teachers, and everyone gave freely of their own resources.  I didn't realize how lucky I was for that until a friend who worked in a different district told me that her colleagues hoarded their resources and were reluctant to share.  My, oh my!

        It means a lot to me to be able to help new teachers, so I am happy to offer free resources to help make their jobs a little easier.
